Our fulfillment team begins processing your order as soon as it's received. Once an order has been created, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
What is your return policy?
Our products are perishable, so we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
I purchased a product at a retail location. How can I return it?
All purchases of Toast products made at a retail location must be returned to the place of purchase. Toast is not able to accept returns and/or refund customers who attempt to return a retail purchase to our website.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care to securely package your purchase before it heads out the door. However, if your purchase is damaged during shipping, please send a photo and description of the damage to info@ToastWellness.com. One of our customer service representatives will evaluate the case and be in touch with next steps.
